Badges — the achievement catalogue students collect
Each badge has an unlock rule and is awarded automatically when a student qualifies (granting bonus points). Group them into tiers (Bronze→Platinum) and categories, hide secret ones until earned, and watch rarity (the % who have it). Point values live in Points Config.
