How a survey is captured
The message is only the nudge — answers are recorded when the student taps a tokenised one-click button or submits the form on our surface. Show it on the dashboard too, so every action is tracked.

Trigger fires
e.g. 30 days after subscription (Celery · SurveySchedule).

Invite + dashboard card
Email/WhatsApp/push carry a signed token; a card also shows in-app.

Student answers
One-click score, or a form — captured by our endpoint, identity from the token.
