Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: try before you pay with our free preview/trial. Because lessons are delivered digitally, we don't offer refunds once lesson content has been accessed — but if you were charged in error or have a billing problem, contact us and we'll make it right.

1. Try before you buy

Most subjects offer a free preview or trial so you can see exactly what's included before paying. We encourage you to use it — it's the best way to be sure a subject is right for you.

2. Refunds on subscriptions

Theory, Practical and Past-Paper subscriptions give immediate access to digital content. Once you have accessed (played, opened or downloaded) any lesson content in a subscription, that purchase is non-refundable for the rest of the plan period. If you have not accessed any content, contact us within 7 days of payment and we'll refund it in full.

3. Crash courses

Crash courses are one-time purchases that unlock immediately. The same rule applies: they are non-refundable once any session has been accessed, and fully refundable if requested before first access.

4. Cancelling your subscription

Auto-renew is off by default, so a subscription simply ends on its expiry date — there is nothing to cancel and you are never charged automatically. If you ever turn auto-renew on, you can turn it off again any time from Settings before the renewal date; your access continues until the period you've already paid for ends.

5. Billing errors & duplicate charges

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or paid but didn't receive access (for example after a manual bank transfer), contact us with your payment reference and we'll investigate and refund any incorrect charge promptly.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (PayPlus card, PayPal or bank transfer). Card and PayPal refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days; bank-transfer refunds depend on your bank.

7. How to request a refund or help

Email hello@onlinetuition.mu, message us on WhatsApp, or use our Contact page. Include the email on your account and your payment reference so we can help faster. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
